Online Pre-reservation Guide

  • Session 1 on each day of “NEXZOO POPUP STORE 2026〈SWEET PICNIC with NEXZOO〉” will be operated through Online Pre-reservation exclusively for NEX2Y 2nd Gen members.
    During the event period, each person may make one reservation and visit once. If an additional reservation is made using another account registered under the same name, entry may be restricted depending on on-site conditions.

  • Entry is allowed only for the specific session on the date designated through online pre-reservation.

  • Entry will be denied if the reservation details screen (the actual screen within the app) cannot be verified. Screenshots are not accepted.

  • Only the person who made the reservation is allowed to enter. Please use an ID registered under your own name when making an online Pre-reservation

  • Entry is allowed up to 20 minutes before the end of your reserved session.

  • Session 01 advance reservation holders are requested to wait in front of the main entrance of Hyundai Department Store Sinchon U-PLEX before the POP-UP STORE opens. Reservations will be verified 10 minutes prior to entry, followed by sequential admission.

  • Please refer to the FANS reservation page for more details.

  • Regardless of your advance reservation status, MERCH may sell out early depending on on-site circumstances. Please check the sell-out status through the FANS app on the day of your visit.

On-Site Standby System Guide

On-Site waitlisting System Opening Time:
10.17 (SAT) ~ 10.29 (THU) : 10:00 (KST)

  • Separate from online advance reservations, an on-site standby system will be operated. You may enter when called after arriving and completing the standby registration.

  • Reservations can be made through the on-site standby system in front of the entrance to Hyundai Department Store Sinchon U-PLEX 1F from 10:00 AM (KST). After the pop-up store opens, on-site reservations will be available at the pop-up store entrance.

  • Please proceed to the waiting area within 15 minutes of receiving the entry call. If you exceed 15 minutes, your standby reservation may be canceled, so please make sure to arrive on time.

  • FANS on-site standby reservations may close early depending on on-site circumstances, and even customers who have completed entry registration may not be permitted to enter during the final operating hours.

  • For the safety of all visitors and a smooth entry process, we kindly ask for your full cooperation with the instructions of the on-site staff.
