Online Pre-Booking Guide

  • NEXZ 2ND ANNIVERSARY MINI POP-UP STORE will operate with a total of 9 sessions per day. Each person may visit once during the event period. If additional reservations are made under the same name using different accounts, entry may be restricted on-site depending on circumstances.

  • Please note that on May 21 (Thu), operations will conclude after Session 05 (ending at 15:50). We kindly ask for your understanding when planning your visit.

  • Entry is permitted only for the reserved session on the selected date made through online pre-reservation.

  • Entry will not be permitted if the reservation details screen (the actual screen within the app) cannot be verified, and screenshots will not be accepted.

  • Only the reservation holder may enter. Please use an account under your own name when making an online pre-reservation.

  • Entry is allowed until 20 minutes before the end of the reserved session.

  • Regardless of reservation status, MERCH items may sell out early depending on on-site conditions. Please check the sold-out status via the FANS app on the day of your visit.

[FANS On-site waitlisting system operation guide]

FANS On-Site waitlisting System Opening Time:
5/15 (FRI) - 5/17 (SUN) : 13:30 (KST)
5/18 (MON) - 5/21 (THU) : 10:30 (KST)

  • In addition to online pre-reservations, an on-site waiting system will be operated. After visiting the venue and completing waitlist registration, you may enter when called.

  • If you wish to join the on-site waiting list, you can apply via the FANS app using the FANS on-site waitlisting feature.

  • Please arrive within 15 minutes after receiving the entry notification. If you exceed 15 minutes, your waitlist reservation may be canceled, so please be sure to adhere to the time.

  • FANS on-site waitlist registration may close early depending on on-site conditions, and even customers who have completed registration may not be admitted during the final session.

Notice

  • Guests on the FANS on-site waitlist will be admitted in order after all online pre-reservation guests have entered.

  • Please note that the operating hours of the FANS on-site waitlist system may vary by date, so kindly check before registering.

  • For the safety of all visitors and to ensure smooth entry, we kindly ask for your full cooperation with the guidance of on-site staff.
