Online Pre-reservation Guide
TWICE 11TH ANNIVERSARY POP-UP STORE 〈TWICE THE THRILL〉 will run in 6 sessions per day. Only one reserved visit per person is allowed during the reservation period. If an additional reservation is made using a different ID registered under the same name, admission may be restricted depending on on-site conditions.
Entry is allowed only for the specific session on the date designated through online advance reservation.
Entry will be denied if the reservation details screen (the actual screen within the app) cannot be verified. Screenshots are not accepted.
Only the person who made the reservation is allowed to enter. Please use an ID registered under your own name when making an online advance reservation.
Entry is allowed up to 20 minutes before the end of your reserved session.

Regardless of your advance reservation status, MERCH may sell out early depending on on-site circumstances. Please check the sell-out status through the FANS app on the day of your visit.

On-Site Waitlisting System Guide
On-Site waitlisting System Opening Time :

Separate from online advance reservations, an on-site standby system will be operated. You may enter when called after arriving and completing the standby registration.
On-site waiting registration is available every day starting from 13:30 (KST) in front of the POP-UP STORE entrance.
Please arrive within 15 minutes of receiving the entry notification. If 15 minutes pass, your waiting reservation may be canceled, so please be sure to strictly observe the time.
On-site waiting registration may close early depending on site conditions, and even customers who have completed entry registration may not be able to enter during the final operating hours.
For the safety of all visitors and a smooth entry process, please actively follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
